ISOLATED CERVICAL OSEPHAGEAL WOUNDS BY SHARP OBJECTS

Patient was admitted to our emergency unit with penetrating stab wound on the left front neck. We performed esophagoscopy and observed the esophageal perforation. Primary repair was done. Patient was followed in the bed for 7 days with nasogastric tube. She was sent home on the tenth day postoperatively.

Boyun sol �n b�lgesinden kesici aletle yaralanma sonucu acil birimimize gelen hastaya yap�lan �zofagoskopide servikal �zofagusda perforasyon g�zlendi. Ameliyata al�nan hasta izole �zofagus yaralanmas� g�r�ld�. Primer onar�ld�. Postoperatif 7 g�n nazogastrik t�p yoluyla enteral beslenme uygulanan hasta postoperatif 10. G�n taburcu edildi.
